What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, business, optional phone number and message. If you book through Google Calendar, Google may collect the booking details shown on its booking page.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to you, understand the business question you have raised, arrange a conversation and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. We do not sell enquiry data.

Where it is handled

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry messages are delivered through Resend to the Think Spherical founders. A booking may be handled through Google Calendar. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, an engagement, our legitimate business records or a legal requirement.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. You can also raise a privacy concern by emailing tanuja@thinkspherical.dev. We will review and respond to the request.

Website data

We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this website. Hosting providers may process technical request data needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the site.

We may update this notice when our services or providers change. The date above will show the latest version.
